Dry cider, lended from late-ripening apple varieties from Ariège, hand-harvested and naturally fermented without sulfites or additives. A slightly softer cider, aged on its lees for 6 to 12 months before being disgorged.

Duna Pétillant Naturel

Co-fermentation of cider and Chenin Blanc wine, aged on lees for 6 to 12 months before disgorgement. A blend of late-season apples from Ariège and Chenin Blanc grapes from Anjou.

Ròca Pétillant Naturel

Co-fermentation of cider and red wine, aged on lees for 6 to 12 months before disgorgement. A blend of late-season apples, Merlot and Malbec.
